Vanilla Sauce
Sugar – 540 gm
Cornflour – 85 gm
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Boiling water – 1.8 litre
Vanilla – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp (30 gm)
Method:
Mix the sugar, cornflour and salt.
Add boiling water and cook until clear.
Add vanilla and butter.
Serve hot.
