Parsley Potatoes – Viji’s Food Recipes


Ingredients:

Potatoes (medium, even-sized) – 450 gm

Butter – 15 gm

Parsley – a few sprigs

Salt – to taste

Method:

Boil potatoes in their jackets till well-cooked.

Drain. Dry off moisture. Cool and Peel.

Melt butter in a sufficiently large pan. Add salt.

Put in the peeled potatoes. Toss well. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
