Uses of Vegetables and Fruits


Uses of Vegetables:



Cucumber , Tomato, Lime, Potato, Carrot and few drops of  Limes makes a natural bleach, It brightens up a dull complexion when used daily. Leave on for 15 minutes and Wash.

Cabbage is used to counteract any tendency towards wrinkles and dryness and gives a your skin a flower like bloom.

Uses of and Fruits:



Orange –   Removes scars and blemishes and makes it soft and smooth.

Watermelon –  Freshens up the skin.

Grape –   Makes the skin bright and fair. ( black)

Papaya –   Removes pimples and other embarrassing blemishes.

Apple –    Makes excellent tonic for combating greasiness.
