At 4 p.m:

Milk – 120 ml

Coffee or tea as desired, without sugar.

Dinner :

Rice – 30 gm

Egg – 1

Vegetables – 1 helping

Greens – 1 helping

Daily allowance of fat in cooking – 10 gm

Summary of Diet:

Carbohydrates – 104 gm

Protein – 51 gm

Fat – 42.5 gm

Calories – 1000
