How to Make Fried Meat?


Ingredients: (for 4)

Mutton – 500 gm

Vinegar – 30 ml

Onions – 225 gm

Potatoes – 115 gm

Tomatoes – 115 gm

Carrots – 115 gm

Garlic – 1 flake

Red Chillies  (without seeds) – 5 gm

Ginger – a small piece

Oil – 100 gm

Egg – 2

Breadcrumbs – 30 gm

Salt – to taste

Method:

Grind chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste.

Clean and cut meat, potatoes and carrots into even sized cubes. Chop onions.

Boil meat with vinegar, half the oil and salt. When half done add ground spices and cook till tender.

Fry potatoes and carrots in oil.

On fine sticks, 13 cm (5″) long, thread onions, potatoes, meat, carrots and raw tomatoes alternately.

Beat the eggs. Dip sticks in egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and deep fry.
