How to Prepare Fried Eggs And Bacon?


Ingredients:

Eggs –  1 or 2 per portion

Bacon –  3 rashers per portion ( about 60 gm)

Method:

Fry eggs as in the above recipe.

Remove the rind off the bacon.

Fry in a little fat or grill on a flat tray.

Dress neatly around the eggs.

N.B :- Fried eggs may also be served with grilled or fried tomatoes, mushrooms, sautéd potatoes, etc.
