Taste and Richness of Food!


Mothers always insist their children to eat when food is hot. Chefs serve their preparations only in hot conditions. The smell and taste are fully enjoyed when taken in warmth conditions .

Why?

Materials expand when heated and contract under cooling. As density increases at lower temperatures, we generally find them hard when chewing. Hot doughnuts  or ‘ Vadas’   are eaten, we find them to be delicious and tasty. After one or two bites, the hot pieces enter through throat. The vapour from those hot pieces escape through nasal path where smell buds feel the flavor. Thus the flavor and taste of the food enjoyed by us enter only through backyard !
