How to Make Horseradish Sauce?


Horseradish Sauce (150 ml)  ( 5 portion)

Serve with roast beef, grilled chicken, smoked trout etc…

Ingredients:

Grated horseradish – 4 tbsp (120 gm raw Wt. Approx)

Sugar – 1/8 tsp

Dry mustard – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1/4 tsp

Vinegar – 1 1/2 tbsp ( 22 ml)

Milk – 75 ml

Cream – 75 ml

Method:

Scrub, peel and grate radish.

Mix mustard, sugar and salt.

Add slightly whipped cream.

Add the vinegar gradually, stirring gently.

Add horseradish gradually.
