How to Make Basic Cookie Mix?

Sifted all-purpose flour – 4 cups
Sugar – 2 1/2 cups
Nanfat dry milk powder – 1 1/2 cups
Baking Powder – 5 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Sift the mixture twice.
Store in a tightly covered, labeled container for up to 3 months in a cool, dry place. Makes about 8 cups.
