i was wondering if this dish has a strong fishy smell because in asia, we always use fresh crabs plus some ginger. As for this soup, i would recommend flower crabs, not the “stone” crab. Stone crabs were normaly cooked in hot chilli paste or black pepper sauce. Singapore has its signature dish for crabs! Thanks.
