How to Make Barbecue Sauce?


Barbecue Sauce

Serve with hamburgers, grilled poultry, cold meat, etc…

Ingredients:   (for 4)

Onions –  30 gm

Oil –  1 tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 30 ml

Worcester sauce – 10 ml

Water  – 30 ml

Sugar – 15 gm

Lime –    1/2

Mustard – a pinch

Pepper – a pinch

Salt – to taste

Method:

Heat oil. Sauté chopped onion.

Add remaining ingredients.

Simmer for 145 minutes.

Strain and use as required.

(Or)


Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:  (for 4)

Vinegar – 100 ml

Sugar – 30 ml

Ketchup – 150 ml

Salt – to taste

Onions  (finely minced)  – 10 gm

Method:

Mix all the ingredients  together.

Ingredients:   (for 4)

Meat Stock – 20 ml

Chilli sauce – 10 ml

Ketchup – 20 ml

Worcester  sauce  –  1 tsp

Vinegar – 10 ml

Brown sugar – 10 gm

Salt – to taste

Pepper – a pinch

Onions  (finely minced) – 10 gm

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together.
