How to Make Apple Sauce?


Apple sauce  (300 ml)  (10 portion)


Ingredients:

Cooking Apples –  450 gm

Margarine – 30 gm

Sugar – 60 gm

Method:

Peel, core and wash the apples.

Place with the sugar, margarine and a little water in a saucepan with a tightly fitting lid.

Cook to a purée.

Pass through a sieve.

Serve with roast pork,duck and goose.
