Scrambled Eggs With Ham

Ingredients:

Eggs  – 8

Butter –  60 gm

Milk – 30 gm

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste

Ham  –  115 gm

Method:

Prepare eggs as for the basic recipe.

Trim off all fat from the ham.

Cut into 1.25 cm (1/2″) pieces.

Add to the eggs along with the butter.

N.B :- Shrimps, cheese, asparagus tips, kidney etc. Can be served with scrambled eggs.
