How to Make Egg Fried Rice (Or) Egg Pulao? Egg Recipes


Egg  Pulao

Egg Pulao Rice

Ingredients:

Pulao rice   – 500 gm

Eggs  –  4

Fat   –  50 gm

Spring onions  –  50 gm

Peppercorns –  10 gm

Cloves – 6

Cinnamon – a small piece

Salt – to taste

Method:

Wash and boil the rice, adding cinnamon, cloves, salt and peppercorns.

Keep the rice warm till you prepare the eggs.

Beat the eggs well  (white first and then add the yolk), chop onion with leaves.

Heat fat; sauté onions. Add well beaten eggs, cook for a minute or two.

Add rice and stir well. Remove and serve hot.

N.B :- Remove cinnamon and cloves before serving the rice.
