Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Egg (whole)  –  1

Egg yolks  –  5

Milk  –  600 ml

Castor sugar  –  4 tbsp

Vanilla essence  –  a few drops

Thick cream  –   300 ml

Vanilla Ice Cream

Method:

Make the eggs and milk into a custard, add sugar and vanilla.

Beat the cream stiffly.

When cold, partly freeze the custard and then mix in cream and continue to freeze until the right consistency is reached.
