How to Salad Dressing? Sauces in French cuisine

Salad Dressing (150 ml) (5-8 portions)
Evaporated milk – 150 ml
Vinegar – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Mustard – 1/4 tsp
Mix dry ingredients with vinegar.
Stir in the milk gradually.
If too thick, add a little water or milk.
