Crab Cheese Dip (100 ml) (4 – 6 portions)
Cheese – 115 gm
Milk – about 60 ml
Lime juice – 2 tsp
Worcester sauce – 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 flake
Salt and Pepper – to taste
Crab meat cooked – 115 gm
Grate cheese. Put into a bowl. Add milk, alittle at a time and cream well to get the consistency of cream cheese.
Add lime juice, Worcester sauce, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and finely chopped crab meat.
Chill and serve with wafers, salt biscuits, cream crackers or pieces of freshly baked bread.
