Hot Coffee Rum


Ingredients:

Sugar  – 8 tbsp

Finely grated rind – 2 oranges

Cloves – 6

Cinnamon – 1 stick

Rum  – 1 glass (300 ml)

Coffee – 2 1/2 glasses (750 ml)

Method:

Place the sugar, orange rind, cloves and cinnamon in a pan.

Cover with rum and bring almost to a boil over low heat.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Strain rum mixture over hot coffee. Stir and serve immediately.
