How to Make Baked Cheese Fish? – Tasty Fish Recipes

Fleshy Fish – 500 gm ( any fleshy fish)
Bread Crumbs – 2 cups
Milk – 2 cups
Butter – 2 tbsps
Eggs – 3
Grated Cheese – 1 cup
Tomatoes – 6 (thinly slices)
Onions – 2 (thinly sliced)
Capsicums – 2 (thinly slices)
Coriander leaves – a bunch (chopped)
Garlic – 4 flakes (crushed)
Pepper – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Clean and wash the fish well and boil in very little water with a pinch of salt.
Remove bones and mash. Keep aside.
Heat the milk and add the breadcrumbs, butter and well beaten egg yolks.
Season with salt and cook till thick, stirring constantly. Remove and set aside to cool.
Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into the mixture.
Grease a pie-dish. Cover the bottom with half the tomatoes, onions, capsicums, coriander and garlic.
Sprinkle with half the cheese, chilli powder and pepper. Arrange the mashed fish evenly on top.
Cover with the remaining cheese, chilli powder and pepper.
Top with a layer of the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the milk mixture on top.
Bake in a moderate oven for half an hour or until done.
