Meat Balls


Ingredients:   (For 4)

Mutton  –  500 gm

Onions  –  115 gm

Pepper  – to taste

Salt – to taste

Fat for frying (absorption)  – 30 gm

Method:

Mince mutton.

Chop onions fine.

Add to mutton with pepper, beaten egg and salt.

Form into balls and deep fry.
