Cauliflower – 450 gm
Refined flour – 30 gm
Milk – 150 ml
Cheese – 50 gm
Eggs – 2
Butter – 30 gm
Salt – to taste
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil to fry
Wash and parboil cauliflower in salted water.
Cut into flowerettes.
Make a smooth batter with flour, egg yolk, milk and salt.
add grated cheese, melted butter and chilli powder. Stand for half an hour.
Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs.
Dip cauliflower in batter and deep fry.
