Curd – 1 1/4 cup (approx)
Sugar – 4 to 5 tbsp
Eggs – 2
Nutmeg – a pinch
1 tsp Sugar for caramel
Dissolve sugar for caramel in water in a pan till it turns a golden brown.
Pour into the mould.
Beat egg and sugar together.
Add curd and beat well.
Add nutmeg. Pour the mixture into the mould.
Steam for 1 1/2 hours or bake in the oven.
Remove, cool for a few minutes and then turn onto a dish.
Serve hot or cold.
