Mint Chutney Sandwich



Ingredients:

Mint Chutney Spread  – 1 bunch (fresh mint)

Green Chillies – 2

Coriander leaves – 1 bunch

Ginger –  1 cm

Unripe mango  –   1/3  (peeled and sliced)

Onion –  1 small  (sliced)

Salt –   to taste

Method:

Grind all these ingredients to a fine paste, adding a tbsp or so of water to make it of spreading consistency.

Spread the chutney on thin slices of brown or white buttered bread.

Press together in pairs with a crisp lettuce leaf between.
