Corn Rolls


Ingredients:

The Casing:

Medium Potatoes  – 9

Sugar  – 1 1/2 tsp

Chopped Green Chilli  – 1/4 tsp

Bread  – 3 slices

Juice  of   half  a  lemon

Salt  – to taste

The Stuffing:

Small Fresh corn cobs  –  2

Sugar   – 1 1/2 tsp

Garam masala  – 1/2 tsp

Chopped Green Chillies  – 1/2 tsp

Grated coconut  – 2 tbsp

Coriander leaves  – 1 tbsp

Juice  of   half  a  lemon

Rawa  – 1/2 cup

Salt   – to taste

Method:

Boil and mash the potatoes.

Dip the bread in water and squeeze out the water immediately.

Mix bread and all the casing ingredients with the potatoes. Blend well.

Boil the corn. Remove the grain and grind coarsely with all the other ingredients.

Spread a small portion of mashed potato evenly on your left palm.

Place a tbsp of prepared stuffing in it.

Form into a small roll. Roll in rawa and fry.

Make all the rolls in the same way.
