Fried Fillets Of Fish


Ingredients:

Pomfret  –   500 gm

Salt and Pepper   –   To taste

Eggs  –    1

Breadcrumbs   –   55 gm

Fat to fry ( absorption)    –   55 gm

Lime   –  1

Method:

Clean and wash fish thoroughly.

Fillet  each fish into 4 even fillets. Skin.

Season with pepper and salt.

Dip in beaten eggs. Coat with pepper and salt. Coat with breadcrumbs.

Deep fry till golden brown. Garnish with lime slices.
