Maida (refined flour) – 1 kg
Potatoes – 250 gm
Curds – 115 gm
Salt – to taste
Fat to deep fry (absorption) – 150 gm
Peel the potatoes, boil and mash.
Sieve the flour, add mashed potatoes, salt and enough water to form a soft dough.
Keep aside for half an hour.
Roll out puris of 6″ diameter. Fry them in hot fat like puris and serve hot.
