How to Make Peach French Toast? – Viji’s Food Recipes – Breakfast Recipes


Peach French Toast


Bread  – 400 gm

Milk – 1/2 litre

Eggs  – 2

Sugar – 30 gm (powdered)

Vanilla  –  a few drops

Fat or Clarified butter  – 115 gm

Peaches  – 1 can


Boil the milk ; add the sugar.

Beat eggs and add to milk with the vanilla. Mix well.

Soak slices of bread in the mixture for half an hour.

shallow fry till golden brown.

Turn over and repeat. Cover with a layer of sliced peaches.

Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.

A pinch of powdered cinnamon could be mixed with the sugar if desired.
