Fish Savory Balls


Ingredients:

Fish kheema  – 125 gm

Onion  – 100 gm

Lime  – 1/2

Green chillies  – 3 to 4

Ginger  – 1″ piece

Salt and pepper  – to taste

Tomato  –  1 small (50 gm)

Gram flour  (besan)  – 125 gm

Soda bicorb  – 1/2 tsp

Water  – 50 ml

Oil to fry

Method:

Chop green chillies, onion, ginger and tomato.

Mix together fish kheema, Mix together fish kheema, chopped ingredients, salt, gram flour, lime juice, tomato and water to form a thick batter.

Beat well until smooth and light. Stand for 15 minutes.

Add soda bicarb. Mix well. Heat oil.

Fry tbsp of mixture until golden brown on all sides.

Drain on paper. Serve hot with Mint chutney.
