Egg and Potato Salad


Ingredients:

For  the  Potato  Salad:

Potatoes  – 4 large

Salt  –   to taste

Vinegar  – 1 1/2 tbsps

Onion – 1

Pepper powder, Garlic powder and monosodium glutamate – to taste

Mayonnaise   –    1/2   cup

For  the  Egg  Salad:

Eggs  – 4

Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp

Melted Butter  –  1 1/2 tbsp

Salt,Pepper powder, Garlic powder and monosodium glutamate  –  to taste

For the Decoration:

Ham Slices  – 8

Lettuce leaves – 4

Small Tomatoes  – 2

Chopped Parsley

Mayonnaise

Method:

Boil potatoes in their jackets in salted water.

Peel and quarter.

Sprinkle vinegar over and get aside.

Peel and slice onions thinly, sprinkle with salt, wrap in a towel, soak in water with both hands.

Combine with potatoes and refrigerate.

When mixture is cold, slice potatoes into fairly thick slices.

Toss mixture with one-third teaspoon salt, the pepper,garlic powder and monosodium glutamate.

Just before serving, mix in mayonnaise.
